This policy explains how Clothes Mentor ("Clothes Mentor," "we," "us") runs its text message (SMS/MMS) program and handles the information you share when you join it.

Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Clothes Mentor at the mobile number you provide. These may include sales, new arrivals, events, rewards and loyalty updates, and store news. Messages are sent from [short code / phone number].

Consent Is Not Required to Purchase
You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to make any purchase. You can shop with us and join our rewards program without signing up for texts.

How to Opt Out

Information We Collect
When you join, we collect your mobile phone number and the date, time and method of your consent. If you choose to provide them, we may also collect your name, email address, home store and ZIP code. We also keep records of the messages we send and your replies.

We Do Not Share or Sell Your Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Every other category of sharing described in our general privacy policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share information only with service providers that help us run the text program, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers. We share only what is needed to deliver messages and support customers.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to operate the program and meet legal requirements.

Eligibility
